Shepherd - Ivan

Our readers will recall the brutal murder of John and Taylor Shepherd a few months ago in Newkirk, Oklahoma. Two of John Shepherd's sons, Otis and Ivan have been working on a stand pipe in Merill, Wisconsin. Otis being forman. Oct 16, while working at a high of 25' Ivan fell to the bottom of the tank. His skull was fractured at the base of the brain and death followed a few hours without his regaining consciousness. The body was taken to Newkirk for burial. Mr. Shepherd was married but was separated form his wife. No clue has ever been found to the murderers of his father. -- kbz
